About
Summer 1989 in Silver Lake, and your last few weeks before graduation come with the usual plans: get a job, buy a car, find a girlfriend. Then people start disappearing, the shadows stop behaving, and a missing friend turns a quiet coming-of-age story into something else.
The game plays out as a story-driven visual novel built on choice and memory. What you do with friends and romantic interests carries forward, and the town remembers how you treated people even as the horror underneath it starts pushing through. It leans hard on its influences, retro adventure games, 80s slasher flicks, and teen sex comedies of the same era, and doesn't pretend to be anything else.
This rebuild moves the whole thing onto Ren'Py, with the current update mostly spent scrubbing old bugs and cleaning up dialogue that apparently needed it.
