A man wakes up from a seven-month coma to find his sports career gone, his savings gone, and a $75,000 debt waiting with legal teeth. Prague looks the same as always, neon and indifferent, but nothing else does.

The story tracks his attempt to claw back some kind of life, split between grinding legitimate work and the city's less legal offers, with sessions from a therapist whose methods are more hands-on than clinical. Every decision bleeds into your money, energy, and sanity, and the game tracks all three without much sympathy. Five distinct endings wait at the end of it, ranging from a working recovery to total collapse, depending on how much you were willing to compromise along the way.

Play happens through a phone interface and dialogue choices rather than direct control, using an in-game smartphone to manage social media and adult contacts alongside the day-to-day grind of paying off the debt. It's a text-driven RPG structure, so the emphasis sits on decisions and consequences rather than action, with stats like strength and charisma shaping which paths even open up.
