Loot drops in Oxdale and the surrounding forest, then you drag it back to the garage to cook vials that change how NPCs look, breast size and weight both. Combat runs turn based, and outside of fights you're free to poke around a couple of explorable areas while the NPC customiser lets you shape who you're actually fighting or messing with.

It's still early. Two locations, one crafting station, one combat system, and a save setup that's still being ironed out. You can now ask NPCs to strip and shove their stats around in debug mode, which says something about where the priorities are.
