Bio-Tech Nurse

Waking up in a hospital room with no memory of how you got there is bad enough. Finding out the whole building, and apparently the world outside it, is abandoned and falling apart is worse. The girl who finds you first, Yukina, doesn't have any answers either, just a decision to stick close and figure it out together.

That setup carries the plot: two strangers with no supplies and no clear way out, leaning on each other because the alternative is dying alone in a ruined hospital.

Survival here plays out through turn-based fights against whatever's left roaming the halls, with the bond between the two leads deepening the longer they manage to stay alive. Combat gates progress, and the relationship built along the way gates the rest.
