A drunken night with two runaway high schoolers ends with a salaryman renting them a love hotel room just to keep the arrangement off his neighbors' radar, and everyone involved is very clear-eyed about what "paying rent with gratitude" actually means.

Atsushi never planned on becoming anyone's landlord. Sera plays the tanned, bleached kurogal type and Juri the pale rich girl with a filthy mouth, and between the two of them they talk him into bankrolling a room he'll never actually live in, purely so they have somewhere to stay. The euphemisms are thin and everyone knows it.

The game plays out as a visual novel: you read through Atsushi's arrangement with the girls and watch how the "rent" gets settled, with voiced scenes and branching endings depending on how far he lets himself get pulled in. There's no landlord sim here, no property management, just a guy who bought himself a very specific kind of trouble and two girls happy to keep billing him for it.
