Asia Town

A monastery-trained kid gets pulled down into a city built on secrets, and the letter that summons him comes from the one person he trusted most: his older brother.

Liam knows how to fight and not much else, which makes him useless at reading the mayor pulling strings from the shadows or the candy-wrapper drug empire his brother apparently answers to. The trouble starts personally, not politically — a woman shows up at midnight asking him to follow her husband, and the husband turns out to be Max. From there the city keeps handing him people who need something and won't say what up front: a mechanic who flinches when he gets close, an analyst who's already three steps ahead of the conversation, an athlete stalling for reasons she won't name, a teacher smiling at the wrong man to keep her job, a girl who was sent to trap him and didn't leave when the job ended.

The game runs as a sandbox around that setup — Liam moves through the city, works through conversations and encounters at his own pace, and decides how much trust and how much else he's willing to hand over to people whose motives he can't fully see. This is a demo release, so what's here is the opening move, not the whole board.
