Apostate Verity

A vice leader of the Order vanishes without explanation, and the higher-ups don't ask twice before ordering a manhunt. Amara, who leads the Order and is stuck somewhere between suspicion and guilt, goes looking for her instead of just following orders.

The setup is simple: a superior gone missing, a commander sent after her with mixed feelings about the whole thing. Whatever Amara finds out on the road isn't going to be clean.

Play moves through side-scrolling platforming and combat as Amara pushes through hostile territory, with the fantasy setting's monsters and rougher encounters working against her rather than for her. It's a first release, so the world is still small and the loop is still basic, but the pieces for a proper action-adventure are already in place.
