About
A cartoon summer gets the parody treatment, told from the male lead's point of view as he grows up fast around the women in his life. It plays it straight as a coming-of-age story even while everyone involved is very clearly an adult and very clearly not just hanging out.
The setup is simple: one protagonist, one summer, a string of familiar faces from the source material recast into a dating-sim structure. Whatever conflict exists is personal-growth-shaped rather than plot-heavy — this is about the encounters, not a mystery to solve.
You click through the season point-and-click style, steering conversations and choices toward the women around the house and neighborhood. Progress is scene-to-scene rather than systems-heavy, with the usual visual novel rhythm of talk, choose, watch it play out.
Changelog
- Bugs fixed:
- Android issues: Fixed label loading errors and the dialogue textbox opacity bug. Everything should work normally now (the issue was caused by an old cache conflict).
- Gallery (Android): Fixed issues where the gallery loaded the wrong scene, had no end point, or didn't show up at all.
- Text: Fixed missing text in certain parts of the game (thanks for informing me!).
- And in this patch I also took the chance to add a POV angle in the 69 scene with Linda. One of my supporters suggested this a while ago, and since I had already made it, I thought I might as well throw it into this bug-fix patch as a small bonus.
- It looks like the GIF preview shown above with some dilogues
- So, this update continues Linda's story and completes the 69 scene based on the poll results.
- For this version, I put a lot more effort into making each scene feel more detailed. Although there are only a few main scenes, I also created several transition animations leading into them because I hope that having more detailed build-up makes each scene feel more immersive and emotionally engaging.
- Because I spent so much time polishing these details, this update probably took longer than some of you expected. Also, I'm sorry for being quiet for so long without posting any news or progress updates while I was working on it.
- Personally, I feel this is the first update where I really focused on the quality and flow of each scene rather than simply adding more content. That also made development take longer.
- So I'd really like to hear what you think. Would you prefer that I keep making scenes like this- with more detailed build-up and a few extra animations - or would you rather I keep things shorter so I can release more scenes in each update? I know that putting this much detail into every scene comes with a trade-off: it simply takes more time. If I keep scenes shorter like in previous versions, I can naturally produce more content faster.
- That said, Linda is a character I really wanted to give this level of attention. Future characters will move along at a faster pace.
- I think it's been about three weeks since the last update, so please give it a try and let me know which direction you'd prefer.
- Some of you also asked why this update is actually smaller in file size. That's because I converted the images to a different format to improve the game's performance. The image quality remains the same, but the game should run more smoothly.
- I fixed the audio bar issue, so the sounds should now work properly without being too loud.
- I also temporarily added 2 languages: Spanish and German. Both were machine translated, so you may still prefer using English if something feels inaccurate.
