World Isekai Red Eyes

Killed off as a nineteen-year-old NEET, you get dragged into an afterlife you didn't apply for by a couple of "nice" Goddesses and dropped into a world where men have gone impotent and infantile thanks to some virus nobody's explained yet. The women who are left aren't spared either — they're carrying a second, stranger condition everyone just calls the Red Eyes Disease.

The setup leans into the swap: a world that's lost its men becomes one where you, somehow still functional, are a rare commodity among a population of women dealing with an outbreak nobody understands. What that disease actually does, and what the Goddesses were really after in bringing you back, unfolds as the story moves forward in chapters.

You read through the visual novel's routes and choices, exploring the school and its surroundings while quests during free-roam sections nudge you toward the women around you. Progress is chapter-based, and the game keeps a guide and replay option on hand for anyone who loses the thread between updates.
