Two citizens from every country, picked at random every year, vanish into a place people only ever refer to by its nickname. The World Council calls it policy. Everyone else calls it what it is.

The setup is a lottery nobody wants to win, run by a governing body made up of the richest countries and companies on Earth, dressed up in bureaucratic language like the "Hwalchag Act" to make the disappearances sound official. What actually happens once someone is taken there is the part the source keeps behind a spoiler tag, which tells you plenty about the kind of place it is.

You play as one of the people caught up in this system, navigating a world where the family unit, favors, and power are all tangled together and rarely in your favor. Expect the loop to lean on relationships and leverage more than puzzles, with the harem and corruption angles doing the heavy lifting tag-wise. The title itself is doing double duty as both setting and warning label.
