Orochimaru has taken Konoha by slipping into Kakashi's skin, and nobody's the wiser. Burning the village down was an option; he picked something slower and nastier instead.

The real plan is to get his hands on the village's young kunoichi and mold them into vessels for his legacy, one training session at a time. It's less invasion than slow-motion hostile takeover, run from the inside by a man wearing someone else's face.

You work the sandbox from Orochimaru's side of things, moving between the kunoichi and pushing each one further down the corruption path through teasing, groping, and the usual point-and-click nudging until resistance stops being the word for it. Point-and-click navigation keeps the loop simple; the scheming does the heavy lifting.
