The Weekend

A weekend visit to his sister's place turns into something Casey didn't sign up for, and the mystery that pulls him in starts poking at questions about who he actually is. It's a text-based story, not a slideshow, so the weirdness comes through dialogue and description rather than spectacle.

The setup is simple: a short trip becomes complicated when Casey gets dragged into events he can't just walk away from, and the choices in front of him aren't the kind he can shrug off. Several branches run alongside each other, following different people he meets along the way, with the through line being how far he's willing to bend before he figures out what he wants.

Play is reading and choosing. You steer Casey through conversations and situations, pick which threads to follow, and watch the consequences shape who he becomes rather than just what happens to him. Some paths lean into transformation, some into the messier, more private moments a person has when nobody's supposed to be watching. Illustrations show up here and there to mark key beats, but this is a game built on text doing the work, not animation filling the gaps.
