The Sin Within

Nick Harada is a mild-mannered suburban student until an encounter with the supernatural leaves him possessed by the Deadly Sin of Lust. The game keeps its tongue firmly in cheek about it, right down to the narrator pointing out that yes, sex will in fact be happening.

Newly a devil with newly complicated urges, Nick has to figure out what he's become while hunting down the six other Deadly Sins hiding among the women he already knows. Freeing everyone's "desires" is framed as some kind of world-improving mission, though the game itself seems skeptical of that excuse.

Play moves through school and neighborhood locations as Nick manages relationships across a small harem of women, unlocking new spots and photoshoot-style setups as those bonds deepen. It runs as a dating-sim-flavored sandbox with point-and-click navigation rather than a straight visual novel, so a fair amount of the game is just deciding whose corruption to advance next.
