The Lost Chapters

Eve takes a teaching job at the prestigious Mara Institute because her family badly needs the paycheck, and almost immediately the offer starts looking like the kind of thing nobody should have said yes to. The tone stays grounded even as things curdle underneath it.

Raised by an adoptive single mother and her daughter, Eve grew up short on money and shorter on options, made worse by a pandemic-battered economy. The teaching position promises to fix all of that, which is exactly why something feels off about the school, its glamour, and whatever is stirring beneath it.

The game plays as a romance-driven visual novel, following Eve's relationships and choices as the institute's true nature surfaces around her. Route content is built out gradually, including a romance thread shaped by player input, and one of the game's main endings is already finished. It's billed as a "bad ending," though written to land as a real conclusion rather than a punishment for playing it wrong.
