The Futa Doctor

Running a body-modification clinic gets strange fast when you're the futanari doctor whose "treatments" always seem to end the same way. Patients come in for routine checkups, describe their dream bodies, and somehow every one of them wants the same kind of hands-on care.

Clicking builds treatment progress and earns money, but the clinic only pays out once a patient's transformation hits 100 percent, so there's always a reason to keep going. New patients and scenes open up as you earn, including a few secret clients with requests that don't sound entirely normal. Later on, the story pulls back the curtain on why every checkup goes exactly where it goes, and the answer isn't as simple as a very understanding clientele.
