The Forbidden Tomes of Olipos

A librarian sent out of town for a routine job ends up chasing forbidden tomes and ancient secrets instead. Romina didn't ask for any of this, but the mystery isn't the kind you walk away from.

The setup is simple JRPG bait: a job goes sideways, the mystery gets bigger, and the truth waiting at the end is worth the trip. Along the way she's up against enemies who don't fight fair and forces that push the story past the usual library-quest stakes.

Play is turn-based combat wrapped around a sandbox structure, so exploring, fighting, and following the tome-hunt plot all happen at your own pace rather than on rails. Romina's encounters escalate the way you'd expect from the tag list, but the game keeps its focus on her journey rather than turning into a scene gallery.
