Swing the Spoon

A chef with no job and no prospects lucks into some cash and opens his own restaurant, renting the place from landlady Patricia, who along with her lazy, bitchy daughter Liz talks her way into a job working for him. The tone stays grounded rather than horny-goofy: this is about building actual relationships, not clearing a checklist of women.

Running the restaurant means paying salaries and rent, buying ingredients, keeping the place clean (or making someone else do it), and upgrading the kitchen bit by bit. Outside opening hours you're stuck living with your own staff, which means flirting, massaging, snooping, and generally getting tangled up in Patricia's and Liz's lives, plus whatever else turns up around town, from the gym to a suspicious basement to a bank teller worth chatting up.

The game rewards patience and poking around rather than instant payoff: several scenes only turn up if you explore, pay attention, or work things out yourself, and nothing forces you to spy on anyone to finish it.
