Super Teacher Rescue

A kidnapped teacher, a letter, and Marvin, a short teaching assistant with more admiration than muscle, deciding he's the rescue party anyway.

The plot doesn't ask for much more than that: someone he respects is gone, so he goes and gets her back. It's a simple excuse to leave the classroom and start fighting through whatever's holding her.

Combat runs on turns, sending Marvin through fantasy encounters on the way to each captive teacher, with the school setting mostly left behind once the journey starts. The reward structure leans on the obvious, with lesbian and male-protagonist scenes built around the teachers themselves rather than side characters.
