Stuck in My Game

Finishing your own game should feel like a victory lap, not a trap. One accident later, the developer is stuck inside the very game he built, and someone has clearly been tinkering with the code while he wasn't looking.

The setup is a locked-room mystery with a modified game as the room. The protagonist has to figure out who changed things, why, and how to get himself out before whatever's been altered gets worse.

Getting out means playing through what's left of the game as it now stands, working floors and encounters that mix turn-based fights with the kind of detours you'd expect from a corrupted dating sim, romancing and running into the characters who now populate it. Progress unlocks rooms, interactions, and money rewards tied to how far you've pushed through each floor, with new characters apparently still being voted on rather than fixed in stone.
