Slime Hunter Nena

Nena Evans takes a routine slime-culling job and follows it into a mine, where she finds a girl already at the mercy of the local slime population. Pressing further gets her caught by something much worse: a Queen Slime whose venom drops Nena into the same position.

The Queen Slime doesn't finish her off. Instead she strikes a bargain: Nena's freedom in exchange for hunting down whoever is actually responsible for the infestation. That deal is the whole plot, and it's the excuse for everything that follows.

Combat runs on turns, and losing fights matters as much as winning them, since the slimes and their queen treat a beaten hunter as an opportunity rather than a game over. Between fights the story leans on humiliation and corruption rather than romance, with Nena's standing shifting depending on how many of those losses pile up. There's a transformation angle tied to the queen's venom, and no pretense that the mine holds anything friendly.
