Side Effects: Full Bloom

A supplement called Full Bloom turns out to be exactly what the ad promised, and you're the one who slipped it to her. Her belly starts growing that same night, slowly, then not slowly at all, and she wants an explanation you're not ready to give.

The setup is small and deliberate: one bad decision, one apartment, one night that stops being deniable once her body starts changing in front of you. Act I plays out as a complete, self-contained scene rather than an opening chapter with more waiting behind it.

There's no branching to manage here, just a short visual novel stretch that moves from the drink to the consequences, with belly and breast expansion, lactation, and sound design carrying the escalation instead of dialogue trees. It runs about ten to fifteen minutes, and it doesn't pretend to be longer than that.
