Shinobi Legacy

An ordinary guy gets dropped into an alternate Naruto world where the familiar story never happened, or happened wrong: dead characters walk around, impossible ones exist at all. He's not the chosen one with free power here. He has to earn a place in this version of the shinobi world, and the surrounding kunoichi are, per the setup, the whole point of staying.

The plot runs on that displacement: a world that treats you as an outsider or outright criminal, no shortcuts to strength, and an open question of whether you carve out a ninja path here or spend the game trying to get home.

You play as that MC, working through the story to survive and build standing rather than starting overpowered, with the harem of women around him tied into how far you get. It's an early release, so what's here is the setup rather than a finished journey.
