The setup is simple: build up your guild, attract sexy heroes, and upgrade rooms to keep them coming back. From there it's a visual novel loop of managing the place and diving into the encounters that come with growing your reputation, with romance and corruption threading through the harem of monster girls and heroes you collect along the way.

It's built as a one-hand-free kind of game, so don't expect subtlety. The management side is light dressing around the point of the whole thing.
