The Ominous Moon returns after five hundred years, stripping away the protection that has kept the elven Duchy of Aliadoul safe, and its ruler has one trusted vassal, Franhild, to send out against what's coming.

Aliadoul has held off giantess raiders and the Dark Crawlers before, but this deadline is fixed and the enemies waiting for it want the elves gone. Franhild's orders come straight from her monarch, and the plot follows what happens once she carries them out.

Combat runs on turn-based RPG mechanics, with battles against monster girls and other threats structured around Franhild's growing capabilities rather than reflexes. Losses and encounters feed into the game's sexual content, including a futa/trans protagonist and framing that runs toward the domination and monster-girl end of things rather than anything soft. Multiple endings are on offer depending on how the Ominous Moon plays out.
