Sassy Snake

Bob is an average horny guy stuck in a dream where he can hypnotize any woman into obeying him, and he still won't touch them. He's a coward even with a mind-control cheat code, which tells you everything about how this plays out.

The dream puts you in control of Bob and his newfound hypnotic pull, but the actual game is a snake game layered on top of the fantasy. You guide the snake around the screen, and the sexy stuff is visible through it if you're willing to risk your run to look.

That's the whole tension here: patience versus hornyness. Stare too long at what the snake is slithering past and you'll wreck your own game, which is a fittingly petty punishment for a protagonist too chicken to act on his own dream powers.
