Ring of Change

A cocky swordsman kills the wrong man, and the only way out of the city alive is an ancient ring that rebuilds his body into a woman's, bone and nerve and all. The disguise works too well: the guards hunting Kael let the beautiful stranger walk right past them.

What was meant to be a quick escape stretches into something longer. Kael has to keep living as the woman the ring made him, learning what that body wants and who wants it, while the man he used to be gets harder to find under all of it.

The game follows that stretch of borrowed time from the inside, moving through the new life Kael's disguise forces on him rather than the fight he can no longer pick. It's a visual novel built on 3DCG and AI-rendered scenes, more interested in the slow unraveling of a stolen identity than in swordplay.
