Rent Girls

A dead relative's apartment building lands on a broke guy who suddenly has tenants, bills, and a lot of women who owe him more than rent.

His dad hands over the deed because he needs somewhere to live and something resembling income, and the building comes with a full roster of women already attached to it. What starts as a landlord problem turns into a slow negotiation with everyone living there.

Everything runs through your phone. You tap through an idle-clicker rhythm, check messages, spend what you earn on the building and the people in it, and work through the point-and-click interactions that open up their scenes over time. It plays more like managing a to-do list than running a dating sim, which is either the appeal or the catch depending on how you feel about clicking for a living.
