Blackjack sits at the center of this one, but winning hands isn't the point so much as what they buy you. Each match doubles as a conversation, and the cards you play push things toward the characters you're trying to get closer to.

The loop has you playing rounds with special abilities and collected decks, using particular suits to build bonds with specific characters instead of just chasing the best hand. Grow a bond far enough and it opens up that character's backstory along with the CGs tied to it, so progress reads more like relationship management dressed up as card strategy.
