Re Even

Framed for his father's murder, locked away for years, and finally free, the man at the center of Re Even comes home to find his life doesn't fit anymore. Sleep is the strange part: dreams now open onto other worlds, and something in his father's death is tangled up in them.

Chasing the truth means going back through those dream-worlds again and again, following the threads that connect his past to whatever killed his father. Along the way he gets pulled closer to the people around him, sci-fi and fantasy trouble included, and a harem starts forming whether he plans it or not.

Play moves through visual-novel dialogue and choices that carry real weight, with a points system tracking how your decisions land. The waking world and the dream world both push the mystery forward, and both push the relationships forward too, so there's no separating the investigation from the romance. The team behind it seems to actually care about the image count and animation work, for what that's worth.
