Profession of Affection

Eric wakes up one morning as Erica, and the life he'd carefully pieced together despite his money troubles doesn't fit the same way anymore. The setup is played fairly straight rather than as a joke.

Underneath the transformation is a smaller, more ordinary story: a guy who'd finally found friendship and love now has to work out what those relationships look like when he isn't the one occupying his own body. Family, exes, and whoever else drifts into Erica's orbit react to her differently than they did to Eric, and the game leans into that shift rather than glossing over it.

Play consists of working through Erica's days as a visual novel, choosing responses that shape how she settles into her new life and which relationships bend or break under the change. Multiple endings suggest the choices actually add up to something rather than just flavoring a fixed outcome. It's still a Ren'Py-style click-through at heart, so don't expect much beyond reading, deciding, and seeing where it lands.
