Portal Heart Part Two

A dead hero comes back to a world already lost, and the fighting picks up right where it left off. Darkness owns this place now, and the survivors clinging to what's left need someone who shouldn't be walking around.

You play that someone, and the choices you make with the resurrected hero decide who lives, who's grateful, and how that gratitude gets expressed. It's a sandbox built around a small cast of companions rather than one fixed path, so the story branches according to who you spend time with and how far things go with each of them. Given the mix of monster girls, harem dynamics, and a virgin protagonist thrown into the middle of it, the tone leans more toward wish-fulfillment than grim survival horror, whatever the apocalyptic setup suggests.
