An hour on the clock, one doctor, and a "perv addiction" that doctor Luva BENDOVER is supposedly there to cure. Whether the session fixes the addiction or feeds it is left hanging, and that's clearly the point.

Session 1 sets up the arrangement rather than resolving it, playing out as the opening round of what's billed as Season 1. You're the patient here, not the one holding the clipboard, and the balance of control is the whole exercise.
