About
Aiming is the whole skill set here: you swing it like a rotor blade and learn to control the stream before the Porcelain Throne falls to whatever's crawling up out of the pipes. It plays it straight-faced while being completely ridiculous about it.
The loop is defense: threats escalate, you answer with dongercopter momentum and piss-stream accuracy from a first-person view, and the fights get weirder as tentacled horrors join in. There's no actual sex on offer, multiple endings depending on how well you hold the line, and the whole thing seems fully aware of how stupid it sounds.
