On the Path of Ashes

Four people, one escape scenario, and a string of choices that decide who makes it out and how badly they're broken by the time they do. Marta, Tomas, Arthur, and Viktor are stuck in a dark, mysterious situation, and the story leans hard into that darkness rather than around it.

The setup is simple: a group trying to escape something, with every decision along the way nudging their fates toward different, grim outcomes. There's no single hero here, and no guarantee any of them come out intact.

You play through their scenario making choices that shape how each character's path ends, with the domination, coercion, and family tension baked into the plot rather than bolted on as side content. It's a visual novel built on consequence, not on giving you a safe route through.
