NPCAgent

Three NPCs wake up in a town with a park, a home and a cafe. Ten dollars, an energy bar that drains, and a diary that's the only memory they carry from one day to the next. Nothing here is scripted: each one is an LLM asked, every turn, what it does next, and whatever happens between them happens because they decided it should.

Money is the only pressure built into the system. There's one job, one counter, one paycheck, and if someone corners it the others have to come around asking for food or favors. From there it's just watching, and occasionally nudging, as they work, lie, hold grudges, pair off, have kids, and get old. Reproduction now runs the same way: courtship, consent, a pregnancy, a birth where one parent names the kid, and a newborn that starts with nothing and learns like everyone else. A rewind option lets you jump back to an earlier moment and change what an NPC did, if you want to see the town go a different way. There's no plot to follow and no quest log, just three strangers left alone with a diary and a bad economy.
