About
Every guest who shows up at your door looks like a beautiful woman, but some of them aren't women at all, and it's on you to find out which. That means inspecting each one closely, through handjobs, blowjobs, and whatever else the moment calls for, to see if something inhuman is hiding under the skin.
The women you decide to trust get to stay, and staying means building an actual relationship with them rather than just clearing them as safe. Seven different endings branch off from who you let in and who you turn away, with a cast of new faces alongside a few returning names from earlier games in the series.
Running the house works like a sandbox: you choose who to inspect, who to pursue, and how far things go with each guest before deciding whether they belong under your roof.
