New Tenants

War pushes Alex and Ana out of their home in the States and into Eastern Europe, where they arrive as strangers with no housing, no jobs, and no safety net. New Tenants follows what they do next, and how much of each other they still have once the dust settles.

The story is built entirely around that rebuilding: finding a place to live, finding work, and holding a marriage together while both partners are stretched thin. Every choice nudges them toward one of six paths, from Harem to Netorare to their reverse counterparts, and the same events read differently depending on which one you land on.

Most of the game is seen through Alex's eyes, though later chapters let you switch to Ana and watch the same relationship from the other side. Arcade mode exists specifically for players who want to commit to one path instead of drifting between them, since the branching is real and endings differ. The netorare content is there, but avoidable, and the game doesn't spell out how in advance.
