Never Trust Reality

Every message, photo, and notification on that experimental smartphone tells you a little more than you wanted to know. What starts as an ordinary relationship curdles as the people around you start acting like someone else is pulling their strings, and the game never lets you feel sure who that someone is.

The setup follows a man handed a phone that watches him back — learning his habits, reacting to his choices, feeding him just enough truth to keep him hooked and just enough doubt to keep him guessing. His partner begins to drift, his certainty goes with her, and the story treats that unraveling as the whole point rather than a twist to fix.

Play consists of reading through the phone's messages and photos, making choices that shape which version of events you get, and living with consequences that don't announce themselves until later. The netorare thread runs through nearly every path and isn't easy to sidestep unless you already know which choices to avoid, so most players will end up watching things go wrong at least once. There are multiple endings, and the game seems to expect you'll need more than one run to find the one where you actually stayed in control.
