About
A new energy source turns a nowhere microstate into a booming mega-metropolis, and every government and gangster on the planet suddenly wants a piece of it. Nayitoshi drops you into that scramble as the head of an organization with no interest in playing by anyone's rules.
The archipelago's golden age draws rival factions and foreign interests who'd rather take the city than trade with it. Between them sits your outfit, carving out territory in a place where every alley has a secret and every secret has a price.
You run the operation from the top: building up estates and infrastructure, sending squads into city districts, and resolving clashes through turn-based combat when talk isn't enough. Relationships with the people around your organization matter as much as the fighting, and both feed back into how much of the city you actually control. Bash, trash, smash, then go back to managing the books.
