My X Bounty

A year working in Tularia was enough to convince the protagonist that rich countries are also cold countries, so he's back home, stuck in a small flat and grinding shifts at a factory. He's got one thing going for him: he saw how Tularia's "My X Bounty" site worked, where users pay to request specific photos and videos and models get paid to deliver exactly that, and he's decided to bring the idea home.

The website itself is already built. What's missing is the talent, so the game has him tracking down and signing models, matching them to the bounties users post, and building the business up from a one-man operation into something that actually pays the rent. It plays like a management sim wearing a business-scheme story, with the usual mix of teasing, stripping, and paid content sitting on top of the spreadsheet logic underneath.
