Ethan's penthouse is packed for a spicy evening while his sister Karina runs her own sleepover down the hall, and somewhere between the whiskey and the flirting, both parties end up playing truth or dare. The dare, naturally, is to confess how everyone lost their virginity.

The setup splits the house in two: Ethan's grown-up gathering upstairs and Karina's friends downstairs, with tension building as the confessions get more personal on both floors. What starts as a party game becomes the excuse everyone needed to stop pretending they weren't interested in each other.

You play Ethan, listening to each guest's story and using whatever you learn to steer the night wherever it's headed. The confessions are the game's real currency, and later updates keep adding new ones tied to specific women in the house rather than expanding the party as a whole.
