One ordinary night of gaming turns into something else entirely when your best friend, a guy, wakes up as a woman. No explanation offered, no build-up needed, just the fact of it sitting in the room with you.

The setup is simple: figure out what changes between two friends once one of them isn't the gender he used to be, and let things drift from awkward to something more physical as the story allows. You play the friend still on the outside of the transformation, reacting to teasing, touching, and everyone's shifting comfort with the new normal.

It's an early build, so the current version reads more like a first chapter than a finished story, voiced scenes and stills carrying most of the weight for now.
