Neon streets, dirty money, and a city full of people who all seem to want something from you. This sequel widens the RPG systems from the first game and pushes the crime-and-desire setup further into open-world territory, with more characters worth getting close to.

The setup stays crime-city noir: you're chasing clues through a Miami that runs on luxury and rot, and every relationship you build doubles as a lead. It's less a single storyline than a web of people to work through.

Play is sandbox-first: you roam the city, pick up clues, talk your way or shoot your way into situations, and build up connections with the cast at your own pace. Combat and RPG progression sit alongside the social side rather than replacing it, so exploring the map matters as much as any one conversation.
