Misaki has thirty days to prove herself as the new intern, and your promotion depends on whether she makes it. You're her trainer, her evaluator, and the one who decides what happens when she succeeds or fails.

Her review sits on top of your career, and the company doesn't care about excuses from either of you. If she gets hired, you move up. If she doesn't, you find out exactly how little patience this workplace has for failure.

The loop is management dressed up as mentorship: watch her performance, reward what works, punish what doesn't, and steer her toward one of several outcomes by the time the thirty days run out. It plays like a sandbox with a clock attached, told through point-and-click scenes rather than a straight visual novel script.
