Lunateria

Raiga is a blue dog keeping his sexuality hidden from everyone except his gay friend Kougi, who knows the truth. He lives with his stepfather Seijirou, who runs the coffee shop Lunateria, and things stay quiet enough until his childhood friend and crush, Rikiya, turns up in the city again.

That reunion is where the story actually starts. Old feelings resurface, and Raiga has to deal with them while keeping up the secret he's held onto for so long, with Kougi as the only one in on it.

You play as Raiga through these chapters, watching his closeted life bump up against a crush he never got over. It's a slower, romance-driven visual novel rather than something built around choice-heavy branching, so the pull is in watching Raiga and Rikiya circle back toward each other.
