Banu remarries Kamil after her ex-husband's death, mostly to keep some stability for her two-year-old daughter. She plays the strict religious wife in public, but she likes attention, keeps her own secrets, and doesn't mind lying to get what she wants. Kamil, for his part, is too in love with her to push back on anything, which leaves Banu holding most of the control in the marriage.

That imbalance is the whole story: you're steering a woman who has more power over her own life than she lets on, and every choice either keeps her loyal, pushes her toward cheating, or ends the marriage outright. Eight separate routes branch off from there, so staying faithful and breaking things off aren't just two endings but two very different paths through the game.

Status indicators at the top of the screen track where Banu's choices are taking her, and some options stay grayed out until you've already played through once. The game expects replays to see everything, including a growing set of alternate endings added since launch.
