A police officer wakes up in an abandoned countryside hospital while investigating a disappearance, only to find the place overrun by some researcher's escaped test subjects. It's a side-scrolling action game, and it's built for the payoff rather than the challenge.

Difficulty is deliberately casual, with an invincibility setting so the pixel art animations are on tap from the first room rather than locked behind skill. You run and shoot your way past nine kinds of monsters, each with its own erotic scenario when they catch you, and the developers lean into variety over straightforward affectionate scenes. Multiplayer is planned as an ongoing feature; for now it only covers the mosquitoes.
