About
Numbuh 1 vanishes after some unexplained run-in with a teenager in a warehouse, and the job of running the most famous K.N.D. base falls on you, a nobody with no business holding that kind of authority. The game does not pretend you are the right choice for this.
You are handed a base full of Kids Next Door operatives and left to decide what kind of leader you are going to be. Play it straight and follow the chain of command, or use the position to corrupt everyone around you, one groped shoulder and one spanking at a time. The sandbox structure means the corruption is on your schedule, doled out through management menus rather than a fixed script, with cosplay outfits and stripping sessions as the reward for pushing things further.
Whether you are smart enough to actually get away with any of it is left an open question the game keeps poking at rather than answering for you.
