Idle Guild

You take over a dead-end branch of the adventurers' guild, tucked away in a forest nobody bothers to defend anymore, and the job is exactly as glamorous as it sounds: clear out local monsters, patch up a building nobody has invested in for years, and hope the place earns back some standing.

The setup is simple. As the new manager of a forgotten outpost, you're expected to turn things around with whatever gold and goodwill you can scrape together, while four girls with their own personalities and problems decide whether your guild is worth sticking around for. Success brings in more traffic, including humanoid frog merchants setting up shop once the place looks less abandoned.

Most of the loop is idle busywork: earn gold, buy and upgrade furniture, strengthen your units, recruit allies. Underneath that sits a dating sim layer, talking to the girls, giving gifts, taking them on dates to raise affection and get them along on adventures. It's less about spectacle and more about slowly making a rundown guild hall, and the people in it, worth returning to.
