Hyperphallic

A ditzy office worker and his hyper-hung crush start circling each other in the Pleasure District, and the game keeps asking whether they'll act on it or get swallowed by everything else the district offers. It plays like a dating sim built around that one relationship, with voiced scenes and CG art carrying the romance and its detours forward.

The plot is small on purpose: two guys, mutual interest, a district full of temptation pulling at both of them. Everything else grows out of that setup rather than replacing it.

You move through conversations and dates, nudging the relationship along while the Pleasure District keeps dangling other options in front of the protagonist. A separate postgame chapter, the Isle of Eros, adds bonus scenes with characters from the main story once that arc wraps up, so there's a reason to stick around after the credits.
